React Native Associate – Mobile Development

About the role

PwC is looking for a motivated Associate to join its Mobile software engineering team. You will work on cutting‑edge React Native applications, helping clients accelerate digital transformation and deliver superior user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement React Native architecture using TypeScript, React Navigation and state‑management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Build native bridges and integrate platform‑specific modules in Swift and Kotlin when required.
• Optimize app performance, reliability, accessibility and security, establishing baselines for storage, certificate pinning and secrets management.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines (Metro, Gradle, Xcode, Fastlane, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and manage OTA update strategies.
• Collaborate with design, product, QA and cloud teams to deliver features with measurable impact.
• Govern third‑party libraries and SDK licensing, and conduct client workshops, demos and architecture reviews.

Required profile

• 1‑2.5 years of hands‑on experience delivering React Native applications at scale.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, modern React patterns and native module development (Swift/Kotlin).
• Deep knowledge of Metro bundler, Gradle/Xcode project configuration and multi‑environment setups.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox/E2E) and release engineering.
• Familiarity with telemetry, observability, MDM distribution and enterprise compliance.
• Excellent client communication and consulting skills.
