Real Estate Agent (Cairo)

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent to join its Cairo team. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while upholding the company’s standards for professionalism and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and build a portfolio of property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market condition advice.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, coordinating with legal and financial parties.
• Prepare accurate documentation and update property information in company systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and real‑estate transactions.
• Strong sales abilities, including negotiation, lead generation, and deal closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse client interactions.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Deep awareness of the local market in Cairo and surrounding areas.
