Real Estate Agent – Full‑time, Cairo

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its on‑site team in Cairo. The successful candidate will guide clients through the entire property journey – from understanding their needs to closing transactions – while leveraging the company’s data‑driven tools and market expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements and present suitable property listings across New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and the Red Sea.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, provide market trend analysis, and advise on pricing.
• Negotiate offers and contract terms, ensuring compliance with local real‑estate regulations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Egyptian real‑estate market and coordinate with developers and internal teams.
• Support marketing activities, including listing properties, preparing promotional materials, and using digital tools to increase visibility.
• Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate license and solid understanding of property regulations.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, including listing, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the Cairo or broader Egyptian market is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency with real‑estate technology platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to conduct market research and data analysis.
