Real Estate Agent – Full‑time, Cairo

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The agent will support clients throughout buying, selling, and leasing processes, providing data‑backed market insights and guiding informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships throughout the transaction cycle.
• Conduct comparative market analyses and present data‑driven insights.
• Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms with buyers, sellers, and developers.
• Coordinate viewings and liaise with developers and internal teams.
• Prepare and manage documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Update property listings and maintain accurate market data.
• Utilise RED’s technology tools and market data platforms to advise clients.
• Ensure all transactions follow local real‑estate regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Egyptian real‑estate regulations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with active listening and relationship‑management skills.
• Practical knowledge of market trends, property valuation, and transaction processes.
• Proven sales abilities including prospecting, lead follow‑up, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and data‑driven platforms.
• High ethical standards, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
