About the role

Coldwell Banker® is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords, guiding them through property searches, viewings, negotiations and closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct property tours and prepare compelling listings and marketing materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends and property values.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships while delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Manage documentation, contracts and ensure compliance with real‑estate laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid understanding of real‑estate principles.
• Proven sales track record and ability to achieve or exceed targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Knowledge of real‑property laws, regulations and local market dynamics in Egypt.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities; fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial real estate in Egypt preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is beneficial.
