About the role

The Real Estate Agent at EgyProperty works on‑site in New Cairo, helping clients buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties. You will act as the main point of contact, guiding prospects through the entire transaction process and ensuring a smooth, trustworthy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings in the company platform.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and close deals in line with performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep property data current.
• Follow up with clients regularly to build long‑term relationships.
• Stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and regulations.

Required profile

• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• High integrity and professionalism in all dealings.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo and travel locally for property visits.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer‑facing roles is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic digital literacy, including use of real estate platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software for data entry and reporting.
