Real Estate Agent – Property Consultant

About the role

Coldwell Banker® is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Maadi office. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and prepare compelling listings.
• Prospect new leads, follow up with existing contacts, and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Provide accurate market insights, property valuations, and negotiate deals.
• Prepare and review contracts, coordinating with legal and financing partners.
• Ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and represent the Coldwell Banker brand professionally.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with strong knowledge of Egyptian property regulations.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, including prospecting, listing, and closing transactions.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using online listing platforms.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
