Real Estate Sales Agent – Cairo

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Cairo office. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers and tenants, guiding them through the selection of residential and commercial properties across key Egyptian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
• Conduct property viewings and present options that align with client budgets and requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developer projects, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and negotiation to contract finalisation and post‑sale support.
• Update and maintain client information in the CRM system and coordinate with internal teams and developers.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Valid real‑estate license (where applicable) and familiarity with Egyptian real‑estate regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with strong presentation abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead tracking and client management.
• Experience using digital marketing tools to generate and nurture prospects.
• Competence in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
