Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

Limitless Investments is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Sales Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting viewings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends and regulations.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information.
• Use sales tools and CRM systems to track leads and activities.
• Provide follow‑up support to clients to facilitate successful closings.
• Maintain a professional presence both in the office and in the field.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales or general sales with a record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of the New Cairo real‑estate market and local property regulations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and properties, and keep organized records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
