About the role

Margins Developments is expanding its Commercial & Sales Team and is looking for experienced real‑estate sales professionals to represent internationally branded residential projects across Egypt. The role focuses on driving property sales, building client relationships, and upholding the high standards associated with globally recognised hospitality brands.

Key responsibilities

• Represent internationally branded developments and act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers.
• Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions.
• Maintain a professional presence that reflects the premium positioning of Margins’ projects.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential, luxury or premium real‑estate sales with measurable results.
• Strong client‑first mindset, excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ambition to grow, progress and represent globally recognised brands with confidence.
