About the role

BranSpect is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join its team in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role focuses on building client relationships, presenting properties, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up with potential clients and assigned leads.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow‑up.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate with clients to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize sales opportunities and overall performance.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proven track record of following up leads and converting them into sales.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
