Real Estate Sales Specialist – Cairo

About the role

The Sales Specialist (Real Estate Agent) works full‑time on‑site in Cairo, engaging prospective and existing clients, presenting suitable residential and commercial property options, and guiding them through the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property consultations and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and report sales activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends, project offerings, and RED’s data‑backed tools.
• Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and deliver a positive client experience.
• Proven sales capabilities, including negotiation and closing, preferably in real‑estate sales within Cairo.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and use digital tools for lead management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is an advantage.
