About the role

The Address Investments is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its New Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving property sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the company’s growth in the Egyptian real‑estate market. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the buying journey. The role also involves close coordination with developers to keep the portfolio up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective buyers and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct product training sessions for junior staff and partners.
• Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials for properties.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (candidates 21 years or older).
• Previous experience in the real‑estate sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
