Real Estate Specialist

About the role

The Real Estate Specialist will work on‑site in Cairo, supporting buyers, sellers and investors throughout the property transaction cycle. Leveraging RED’s data‑driven platform, you will provide tailored recommendations on residential and commercial projects across key Egyptian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients, assess their requirements and present suitable property options.
• Arrange and accompany property viewings, ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Prepare, review and negotiate offers, contracts and related documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends in New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna and the Red Sea.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner developers to coordinate listings and transactions.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in real estate and property market analysis.
• Proven sales experience in the real‑estate sector, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trust and guide clients.
