Receptionist

About the role

Rabbit Mart is looking for a Receptionist in Cairo who will be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors and candidates. The role delivers a welcoming customer service experience while keeping daily administrative and office operations running smoothly. It covers visitor management, inbound communications, office supply management and coordination between internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, vendors and candidates on arrival, keep the visitor sign-in log or system updated and notify the relevant employees or departments.
• Answer, screen and route incoming calls and general inquiries professionally, and take accurate messages.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, courier packages and dark store deliveries, and coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
• Keep the reception area and main entrance clean, organised and presentable.
• Monitor office supplies, dark store consumables, pantry stock and stationery, place orders and reconcile receipts.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations, manage schedule overlaps and prepare rooms with equipment and refreshments for executive meetings.
• Assist with booking travel, accommodation or meal orders for visiting leadership or partners.
• Liaise with building management, cleaning staff and maintenance contractors to resolve facility issues.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or Administrative Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
