Recruiter – Construction & Engineering Projects

About the role

HirePals is seeking experienced recruiters based in Egypt to lead end‑to‑end hiring for upcoming construction and engineering projects. You will act as the primary talent acquisition partner, ensuring the right technical professionals are sourced, assessed, and placed quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer for construction, engineering and infrastructure roles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other channels.
• Conduct screening calls, evaluate fit against project requirements and build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet recruitment targets and timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure or a related technical sector.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.
