Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Tawzef for Recruitment & HR Consultancy is looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for a variety of clients across Egypt, the GCC and overseas markets. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing and presenting qualified candidates while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from sourcing through candidate submission and follow‑up.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct structured phone screenings and competency‑based interviews.
• Assess candidates against technical, behavioral and cultural requirements.
• Prepare professional candidate summaries and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records on the ATS.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients and hiring managers.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, market feedback and salary‑expectation analysis.
• Support junior recruiters through coaching and candidate reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency, outsourcing, consultancy or RPO environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Good command of English; experience recruiting for Egypt, GCC or overseas markets is an advantage.
