Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from workforce planning to onboarding. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a data‑driven approach to attract and select the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks and referrals, building talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone and initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules and prepare shortlists.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiate within company guidelines and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and use recruitment analytics to improve sourcing efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a solid understanding of selection processes.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
