Recruitment Team Lead

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to oversee its recruitment efforts and lead a team of recruitment professionals. The role sits within the financial services sector and reports to the HR Director.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals, and hold regular team meetings.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, and forecast hiring needs with department heads.
• Maintain communication with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, prepare performance reports and implement data-driven improvements.
• Work with HR and other departments, partner with external agencies and vendors, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8-10 years of recruitment experience, at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Experience in Fin-tech, software or a related industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
