Regional Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and commercially driven Regional Marketing Director to lead the company’s marketing strategy and execution across multiple markets in the region. The role will develop and implement regional marketing plans, strengthen brand positioning, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support revenue growth while ensuring consistent brand execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall regional marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, including annual and multi‑year plans, KPIs, budgets and timelines.
• Identify and evaluate market expansion opportunities, conduct market attractiveness assessments and support business cases for new market entry or product launches.
• Define and maintain the regional brand strategy, guidelines and governance, ensuring consistent brand identity across all countries.
• Lead the regional digital marketing programme, overseeing performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content, CRM, email marketing and website initiatives.
• Design and implement go‑to‑market and product‑marketing plans for new offerings, coordinating with product, sales and operations teams.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence research, produce regular reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Develop customer acquisition, retention and loyalty strategies, including segmentation, CRM programmes and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Plan and manage integrated regional campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, events, sponsorships and influencer partnerships.
• Align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives, generate qualified leads and support sales teams with insights and materials.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to accelerate regional growth and brand awareness.
