Regional Marketing Manager – Egypt

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager will own the Egypt marketing agenda while providing leadership across multiple international markets. This role ensures consistent execution of brand strategies, innovation launches, and marketing campaigns through strong project governance and cross‑market collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing projects and adapt global campaigns to local market requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of major regional campaigns, ensuring consistency and local relevance.
• Oversee regional innovation launches, coordinating with sales, supply chain and trade marketing.
• Review and approve Egypt’s annual marketing plan and align regional calendars with commercial priorities.
• Brief, manage and evaluate performance of creative, media and digital agencies.
• Control regional marketing budgets, monitor spend and optimise costs.
• Partner with sales, trade marketing, finance and supply chain to ensure seamless execution across markets.
• Directly manage the Egypt Brand Manager, set objectives, coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor competitor activity, brand performance and consumer trends to recommend actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading regional marketing projects and campaigns.
• Strong project‑management and governance skills.
• Ability to work across matrixed, multi‑market teams.
• Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets.
• Leadership experience, including managing a brand manager or similar role.
