Regional Sales Manager – Cairo & Alexandria

About the role

The General Trade Cairo & Alexandria Regional Sales Manager will drive the NIVEA brand strategy across both regions, identifying new growth opportunities and ensuring rapid, scalable business expansion. You will lead distributor teams, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with top customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the GT strategy for NIVEA across Cairo and Alexandria.
• Develop and execute tactical plans to meet sales fundamentals and KPIs.
• Build a bottom‑up annual business plan for different retail environments.
• Monitor sales budgets, approve distributor claims, and ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Create monthly sales memos and align them with finance and S&CM teams.
• Approve and track loyalty schemes with key wholesalers.
• Identify vertical and horizontal growth opportunities in direct retail.
• Maintain relationships with the top 10 customers, visiting regularly and assessing performance.
• Hold weekly performance meetings with distributor teams and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop distributor teams through on‑the‑job training and feedback.
• Ensure efficient stock management to meet targets and keep NPI stocks low.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar FMCG sales role.
• Proven experience in the cosmetics industry.
• Strong commercial mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration abilities.
