About the role

The Regional Senior B2B Sales Trainer will design and deliver high‑impact training programs that boost client‑specific knowledge and advanced sales capabilities. Working with moderate supervision, you will act as the main point of contact for new B2B clients and ensure seamless onboarding and continuous skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training plans aligned with client business goals and the HPS methodology.
• Streamline onboarding processes for new B2B customers and internal sales teams.
• Coach managers and sales representatives on advanced sales processes and systems.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create tailored training content.
• Analyze performance data and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays.
• Oversee and validate the quality of training delivery against established standards.
• Track training effectiveness using assessment tools and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high‑level communication with stakeholders to support strategic client relationships.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in B2B sales training or a similar specialist role.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with moderate supervision.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and adapt training strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
