Regional Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Regional Talent Acquisition Partner drives strategic recruitment across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region. Reporting to the global talent acquisition framework, the role partners with business leaders to secure high‑caliber talent, build pipelines and ensure compliance with regional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse regional roles, meeting time‑to‑fill and quality targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning and market insights.
• Ensure compliance with talent acquisition policies and employment laws across all META countries, and report key hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and future positions, leveraging AI‑driven sourcing tools and global networks.
• Deliver training on interviewing, structured selection and bias mitigation to strengthen regional TA capabilities.
• Optimize use of systems such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter and assessment platforms, providing data‑driven insights.
• Support employer branding initiatives, university outreach and localization programs.
• Align regional practices with global standards and collaborate with centres of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably within multinational corporations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across META countries.
