About the role
This is an entry-level remote call center position with on-the-job training and a minimum commitment of 9 months. It is full-time, five days a week, 8 to 9 hours per day, and includes a base salary plus possible performance incentives.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Solve problems and document interactions
- Follow scripts and internal procedures
- Maintain a calm, quiet work environment
Required profile
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and computer skills
- Reliable and coachable
- Willingness to attend training strictly (up to 2 weeks)
Required equipment
- Laptop: Windows with 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores) 2.0GHz+, or Mac with Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip 2.0GHz+
- Wired USB headset with a visible microphone (no AirPods or wireless headsets)
- Wired LTE router powered by a SIM card and connected by cable; Wi-Fi and hotspots are not accepted
