About the role
We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone and live chat, and helping them navigate our e‑commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely, courteous assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
- Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
