Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong focus on solutions.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
• Basic computer proficiency (i5 processor or higher).

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and e‑commerce tools.
