Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French-English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. The role involves handling inquiries, tracking orders, and resolving issues while delivering a friendly and empathetic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions-first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e-commerce tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
