Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, helpful experience in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, e‑commerce, or order issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
