Remote LLM Agentic Trainer (Programming)

About the role

Turing is looking for a remote programmer to act as an LLM Agentic Trainer. You will validate large‑scale training datasets and create structured JSON tasks that power function‑calling workflows for cutting‑edge AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and maintain quality standards for massive training datasets.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to align data with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple projects.
• Document best practices and contribute to dataset preparation guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Experience handling JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP.
