Remote Solar Sales Specialist – Commission-Based

About the role

RA Solar Co. is looking for a self‑motivated sales professional to manage inbound solar leads, guide customers through the sales journey and close residential solar contracts. The role is fully remote, offering a stable base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for clients from first inquiry through contract signing and hand‑off.
• Promptly call inbound leads, maintain fast response times and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Provide consultative solar advice, evaluate energy consumption, property specifications and budget to craft tailored proposals.
• Guide prospects through site‑survey booking, proposal presentation and contract finalisation.
• Maintain a customer‑first follow‑up process with warm leads throughout their decision‑making journey.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate system sizing and pricing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative sales and client management, with a track record of closing deals.
• Solid understanding of solar energy concepts such as on‑grid installations, net‑metering and inverter/battery capacities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑first mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of on‑grid solar setups.
• Understanding of net‑metering regulations.
• Familiarity with inverter and battery capacity specifications.
