Remote Telesales Executive – Egypt

About the role

Elite HR Consultancy, a UAE‑based recruitment agency, is seeking a Remote Telesales Executive based in Egypt. You will generate new business opportunities for the agency by contacting companies across the UAE and promoting our recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to UAE companies to identify and qualify prospects.
• Introduce Elite HR’s recruitment services and build relationships with decision‑makers.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up with leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in telesales, cold calling or business development.
• Experience in a recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and eager to succeed.
• Reliable laptop and stable high‑speed internet connection.
