Remote Telesales Representative – Health-Tech & Wellness

About the role
We are a fast‑growing health‑tech platform delivering proactive, data‑driven longevity solutions across the Gulf market. As a Remote Telesales Representative you will turn warm inbound interest into high‑value preventive wellness packages for a sophisticated clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, presenting premium health and wellness packages and closing sales.
- Use consultative selling techniques to uncover client health goals, lifestyle habits and pain points.
- Handle objections related to price, commitment or health habits with empathy and confidence.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity KPIs.
Required profile
- Native or near‑native English fluency with a clear, neutral accent.
- Minimum 2 years of successful telesales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in high‑ticket health‑tech, premium wellness or consultative B2C environments.
- Quiet, distraction‑free home office equipped with high‑speed internet (≥20 Mbps) and a professional‑grade headset.
