Remote Travel Agent – Hotels, Flights & Travel Packages

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Travel Agent to join our Egypt‑based team. You will handle hotel and flight reservations, build complete travel packages, and ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Search, compare and select hotel options that match client preferences and budgets.
• Search and compare flight options, considering dates, routes, airlines and cost.
• Make hotel bookings via platforms such as Expedia, TBO, RateHawk, Agoda, BedsOnline and other supplier systems.
• Process flight bookings, ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, refunds and re‑issues using Amadeus.
• Prepare and coordinate full travel packages, including flights, hotels and ancillary services.
• Communicate with hotels, airlines and suppliers to confirm availability and handle special requests.
• Provide accurate booking confirmations and maintain detailed records of client preferences, payments and supplier confirmations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, flight bookings or travel agency operations.
• Good working knowledge of Amadeus.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Expedia, TBO, RateHawk, Agoda and BedsOnline.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Based in Egypt and able to work remotely.
