Remote WhatsApp Customer Service Clerk (UAE Timezone)

About the role

Bubbl is looking for a remote WhatsApp Customer Service Clerk to be the voice of the brand on its WhatsApp channel. You will work from your own location, following UAE (GST) hours, and coordinate between customers and on‑site cleaning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to the WhatsApp inbox throughout the shift, aiming for a maximum response time of 5 minutes.
• Notify customers when the cleaning team arrives, request vehicle access, confirm completion and ask them to lock the vehicle.
• Log every interaction accurately for end‑of‑day management review.
• Dispatch operational requests (rescheduling, missed spots, additional services) to the on‑site team via WhatsApp.
• Escalate defined situations to management immediately.
• Share promotional offers when appropriate and maintain a polite, professional tone.

Required profile

• Fluent written English with correct grammar and a warm professional tone.
• Previous customer service experience in support, hospitality, BPO, admin or similar.
• Comfortable working independently without supervision.
• Reliable, organised and able to commit to UAE timezone hours, six days a week.
• Own computer and stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp Web.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with browser‑based tools.
