Renewal Coordinator – French Speaking

About the role

The Renewal Coordinator will manage a portfolio of contract renewals for French‑speaking customers. Working remotely, you will negotiate win‑win agreements, protect revenue, and help grow existing accounts within the SaaS space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for a high volume of renewals, ensuring favorable terms and customer trust.
• Identify and pursue incremental growth opportunities during the renewal process.
• Maintain a rolling forecast for the territory and flag renewal risks to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations and Product Management to shape renewal strategies.
• Follow best practices for opportunity management, CRM hygiene, data quality, quoting and forecasting.
• Achieve financial targets for revenue, bookings and billings.
• Analyze customer data and behavior to assess renewal health and prioritize actions.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with a solid understanding of SaaS contract management.
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues creatively and minimize financial attrition.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success Account Management.
