Renewal Coordinator

About the role

The Renewal Coordinator at DocuSign is responsible for managing a portfolio of contract renewals within an assigned territory. This individual contributor role focuses on protecting revenue, expanding contract value, and strengthening relationships with existing SaaS customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute win‑win negotiation strategies for a high volume of renewals, enhancing contract value while maintaining customer trust.
• Identify and pursue incremental growth opportunities during the renewal process.
• Maintain a rolling forecast, flag renewal risks, and collaborate with internal teams to develop mitigation plans.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Product Management to shape renewal strategies.
• Follow best practices for opportunity management, data quality, CRM hygiene, quoting, and forecasting.
• Prioritize portfolio activities to achieve the most favorable financial outcomes.
• Leverage customer data and behavior to assess renewal health.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS contract management or renewal sales.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and identify risk factors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor who can work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal functions.
