Renewals Account Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role
As a Renewals Account Manager for the MEA region, you will own the end‑to‑end renewal process for large, complex solutions. You will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to secure on‑time renewals, drive recurring revenue growth, and retain existing customers across assigned markets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve renewal quota and meet objectives such as on‑time and escalated contract renewals.
- Develop and execute Meddpic‑based renewal plans in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
- Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate cross‑selling or up‑selling activities.
- Manage the full renewals cycle from first contact to close for assigned accounts.
- Maintain accurate renewal data, status, and reports in Salesforce.com.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of renewal processes, policies, and pricing.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining momentum and satisfaction.
- Proven direct sales experience with enterprise‑level contacts (VP Operations, CTO, CIO, etc.).
- Deep understanding of industry trends to align solutions with customer goals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
