Resale Agent (Entry to Senior) – New Cairo

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking motivated Resale Agents to join its New Cairo office. The role involves assisting clients in buying and selling resale properties, guiding them through viewings, listings, and negotiations while ensuring a smooth transaction experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present listing details to prospective buyers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date property listings and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Follow up with potential buyers and sellers, schedule meetings, and support negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate documentation and transaction steps.
• Organise and keep accurate records of client interactions and property data.

Required profile

• Clear communication skills with the ability to listen to client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High integrity, reliability, and respect for client confidentiality.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
