Reservation Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Reservation Supervisor to lead our reservation team at a hotel within the Accor network in El Gouna, Hurghada, Egypt. In this role you will ensure smooth daily booking operations, maintain high service standards, and support a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of reservation agents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor reservation systems to optimise booking accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle complex guest inquiries and resolve reservation issues with professionalism.
• Train, mentor and provide performance feedback to staff for continuous development.
• Analyse reservation data to identify process improvements and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping and management to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Manage staffing schedules during peak periods to sustain service quality.
• Prepare regular reports on reservation metrics and team performance for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or a related hospitality role.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
