Restaurant Manager (Egypt) – Saudi Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Egypt‑based outlet. The ideal candidate has hands‑on management experience from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, schedule and manage staff, including performance monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Monitor food and service quality, guest satisfaction and coordinate front‑of‑house and kitchen teams.
• Control operational costs (labor, food, waste) within approved budgets.
• Manage inventory, ordering processes and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and KSA operational standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Support staff training, onboarding and performance development.

Required profile

• Based in Egypt.
• Mandatory prior experience managing restaurants in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• 3–7 years of restaurant management or similar leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and team management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
