Restaurant Manager – Full‑time

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas, ensuring high standards of service, sanitation and financial performance. This full‑time position reports to senior hospitality leadership and works closely with front‑of‑house teams during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day restaurant activities, including staffing, scheduling and guest service.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across dining, bar and room‑service spaces.
• Review staffing levels to meet operational needs and financial targets.
• Lead the food‑and‑beverage team, fostering trust, cooperation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all food‑handling, sanitation, and local liquor laws.
• Monitor alcohol service to guarantee legal compliance.
• Provide hands‑on support to servers and hosts during busy periods.
• Identify training needs, develop and implement coaching plans.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards and liquor regulations.
