About the role

Accor is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of its restaurant venue. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of restaurant staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Maintain high standards for food presentation, safety, and overall service quality.
• Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold a clean, safe working environment.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to refresh menus in line with local tastes and trends.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and service standards.
• Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent English; Russian language knowledge is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
