Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in Cairo. This role ensures high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while supporting the team during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day restaurant activities, including staffing, scheduling and guest service.
• Assist with menu planning and maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure sanitation and food‑handling standards are consistently met.
• Support servers and hosts on the floor during busy periods.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest and employee satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost‑control measures.
• Develop and deliver training programs to meet operational goals.
• Enforce compliance with local liquor laws and all relevant regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and make sound business decisions.
