Retail Account Manager – Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Amanleek is looking for a proactive Retail Account Manager to act as a Customer Success Specialist for our motor insurance portfolio. You will guide new clients through onboarding, maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure a smooth post‑sale experience that drives retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new motor insurance clients, explaining policy details and benefits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, handling inquiries and providing continuous support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
• Manage policy renewals, communicating timelines and securing client retention.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service, preferably in insurance or automotive sectors.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with a high sense of responsibility and empathy toward clients.
• Proven track record of building trust and long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
