Retail Account Manager, Mass Vendor Relations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a passionate and analytical Retail Account Manager to join its Middle East vendor team. Based in Egypt, you will work across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE to grow and optimise relationships with mass‑vendor partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of vendors at scale, using tools and automation to drive efficiency.
• Negotiate costs, promotional opportunities and business terms to improve profitability and selection.
• Collaborate with cross‑category teams to implement operational improvements in vendor‑management processes.
• Own vendor communication, fostering long‑term self‑sufficiency and partnership growth.
• Conduct vendor analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Drive systematic process improvements and scale best practices across the region.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience.
• At least 2 years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience analysing data to assess performance drivers.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, preferably with e‑commerce exposure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
