Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our IKEA store at Mall of Arabia in Dubai. In this customer‑facing role you will help shoppers find the right products, maintain a well‑presented sales floor and support the store’s commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the assigned area daily to ensure price labels, product tags and promotional media are correctly displayed.
• Monitor stock levels, recommend replenishment orders and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Engage with customers, gather feedback, and provide empathetic service to meet their needs.
• Prepare pro‑forma invoices and follow up on quotations to convert enquiries into sales.
• Identify sales opportunities, suggest add‑on products and promote slow‑moving items.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic numeracy for stock checks and invoice preparation.
