Retail Sales Specialist – Customer Service & Booth Operations

About the role

This position is based at Bosta’s booth inside Citystars Mall and focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing daily retail operations, and supporting both business and individual clients who use the PUDO (Pick‑Up‑Drop‑Off) service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all day‑to‑day booth operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Respond to inquiries from businesses inside the mall and external companies using Bosta’s PUDO service.
• Manage business drop‑offs, pickups, and cash‑out transactions as required.
• Assist walk‑in customers interested in Bosta services, supporting new business sign‑ups without active sales pressure.
• Prepare individual customer packages: wrap items, attach flyers, add detailed address tags, and schedule courier pickups.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to all walk‑in clients.
• Process occasional cash‑out or settlement transactions with partner businesses.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service.
• Comfortable handling simple financial transactions and settlements.
• Ability to manage booth operations efficiently while maintaining a professional, helpful attitude.
