Retail Salesperson

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Retail Salesperson to join our Cairo store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover and choose home textile products that suit their needs while delivering the high service standards of Lilly Home.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their requirements and recommend appropriate textile items.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments.
• Monitor stock levels on the floor and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Answer product‑related questions, provide care instructions and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support promotional activities and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales training is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, textiles or home‑goods environments is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing setting.
• Strong time‑management, teamwork and a professional, customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling proficiency.
