Retail Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Trainer to join Chalhoub Group’s Learning & Development team in Egypt. The role focuses on designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that support employees throughout their journey—from onboarding to continuous development and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training programs covering sales, customer experience, communication, English, leadership and other business needs.
• Create, adapt and personalize learning content to align with evolving business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions and classroom training for store teams and corporate staff.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to assess training gaps and measure learning impact.
• Support ongoing employee development initiatives and career progression pathways.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience delivering training or facilitation in a retail environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Customer‑focused mindset and passion for continuous learning.
